Ab Rocket Twister: Any Reviews?

A new version of one of the most popular abdominal exercise devices ever made has been released. It's called the Ab Rocket Twister and some people (including us) think it will be one of the best-selling infomercial fitness products in 2011 and probably 2012 as well. But now the question is: does it work?

So far there aren't many "real" user reviews online but we hope to change that with your help. Please scroll down and leave your own reviews, testimonials, and experiences in the Comments section at the bottom of this page!

The original Ab Rocket was ultra popular mainly because it allows the user to do supported or "assisted" abdominal crunches. It also supports the back and neck muscles in a way that makes ab exercise movements much more comfortable and enjoyable with significantly less muscle strain. The maker also claims that it increases the overall safety of the crunch/sit-up movement since it reduces the risks associated with using poor exercise form.

Some reviewers say that the Ab Rocker actually reduces the effectiveness of the crunch by making it too easy. Others say that provides an enjoyable way to work the abs while burning calories at the same time. Some users simply state that the device allows them to do a normally painful exercise that they wouldn't otherwise do without it. The thousands (possibly millions?) of Ab Rockets sold since 2007 would seem to show that more than a few people find the product useful!

The new Ab Rocket Twister ads a whole new dimension to the workout by allowing you to twist your hips and legs in a way that works more muscles, including the obliques. The commercial being run on late-night television certainly makes it look like a fun time. Of course, the truth is that no fitness or exercise machine sold on television is going to make you lose all your extra pounds and belly fat by itself. That requires proper diet and exercise beyond just doing a few minutes of "Ab Rocking" every day. But the Ab Rocket Twister does come with a "Blast Away the Calories" meal plan as well as a "Total Body Sculpt" DVD workout program to help you out.

Please leave your Ab Rocket Twister reviews, opinions, and questions in the area below. Lots of people want to know if this new "six pack" abs product really works or if it's just another infomercial rip-off/scam product. Thanks!

Update: Here's the commercial currently running in North America...

  1. I TRIED TO ORDER THE 'AB ROCKET'W/MY H&R BLOCK DEBIT CARD AND THEY SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE FULL PRICE W/OUT THE 30 DAY TRIAL GUARANTEE WHICH IS APPROX. $135.00. so, of course there is always a catch. Unfortunately the call ended up to be a disappointing waste of time for me. I'd love to hear how the machine works!

    1. You can find it at www.walmart.com and look for- as seen on tv and it cost $99.00 + tax 7.00+ shipping .97 cents!

    2. Don't try it if you have any kind of arthritis. Too painful. Cost me $14.95 trial and another $20 to send it back. They could have at least sent me the $14.95 back. Besides you can buy it cheaper everywhere. They are a rip off!!!!

  2. Finally got to try the new Ab Rocket Twister today at a friend's house. I like it overall and would rate it about a 7 out of 10. I definitely plan to buy my own soon!

  3. I just received the Ab Rocket Twister. I am not very impressed with it. It said it was suppose to come with a DVD work out, but all I got was the meal planner, a 5 min extreme work out DVD and nothing else. They should have given us a DVD for beginners with regards on how to use the machine properly. I'll be returning it soon

  4. Got my Ab Rocket Twister yesterday. I used it last night and this morning by stomach muscles are very, very, VERY sore. Even my lower back muscles hurt! So the good thing is that the machine obviously works. The bad thing is that you might not realize that you're overdoing it. Be careful if you buy the Ab Rocket Twister and start off slow and progress from there!

  7. ok so how much did it cost everyone to get the ab rocket twister. i ordered online with my walmart debit card so i don;t qualify for the payment plan i have to pay all at once. they r charging me $330. $150 for the 30 trial, $165 for the machine and another $50 for another 30 day trail.

    1. I think you let yourself get screwed. Walmart has the exact same one for $99, free for instore delivery or .97 cent shipping. Even the offical website is a total of $150 + $15 for the supposed 30 day trial. Always do research on several sites before ordering.

      Delete
    2. I ordered the twister for a 30 trial at $14.95. I got my bank statement and they charged me $149.85 for my 30 day trial counting the day I ordered it. I want my credit for $149.85 plus shipping. I am not paying to have it shipped back. I want a return label.

    3. I have not heard back about my comment being approved. I have been trying to call ab twister but keep getting the message "all our lines are busy, call back later." What's later?

  8. WOW THE AB ROCKET TWIST IN TOTAL SHOULD BE AROUND $170.

  9. You order it, they send you a confirmation, they don't charge you, and it never comes. So don't worry about losing any money. Give their customer service hot line a call for a good laugh. And before you hang up, cancel the order. You shouldn't have to wait 3-4 weeks for delivery. This product isn't THAT popular. They probably think that you wont return it if it takes forever to get to you. Boy are they wrong.

  11. I finally got my Ab Twister Rocket today. I put it together (easy) and gave it a ride. I can't believe it but I actually LIKE it alot! I'll definitely be keeping it because I hate doing ab exercises and this will make me do them alot more often!

  12. i got this thing yesterday and have used it twice. i don't know if i'm doing something wrong but i don't think it's giving me any help or support at all. yes i'm a big, heavy guy but the ab rocket twister commercial makes it look like anyone can use it big or small. i'm not real happy and may return it. if i wanted to do plain crunches i could do them for free!

  13. My BF bought us the new Ab Rocket Twister as an early Easter present. We want to get in shape for six pack beach season here in Florida! I've been using it about every other day since we got it. I'm used to doing normal crunches but I got tired of doing them because of the back and neck pain. We were looking for something that lets you work abdominals and obliques without a lot of discomfort and this looked like a good option. I can do about 150 crunches on it before I start to get tired and it's definitely less painful than regular crunches and sit ups. You feel the burn in your core muscles so you know it's working. My only complaint so far is that it seems a little flimsy. I'm only 120 pounds but my boyfriend is over 200. We'll see if it holds up after he's used it for a few weeks. I'll be back to post more reviews soon.

  14. Ab rocket twister workout plan

    step 1: open package
step 2: assemble ab rocket twister
step 3: try it till something "clicks" upstairs
step 4: take ab rocket twister apart
step 5: return ab rocket twister for full refund
    step 6: hit the showers

    ReplyDelete
  15. "step 3: try it till something "clicks" upstairs"

Very entertaining, Anonymous, but WHAT clicked upstairs?? The machine broke...you pulled a muscle... you suddenly realized that you'd (a) paid too much, or (b) really, really hated it? Thanks for any follow up.

  16. i just want to say that i LOVE my new ab rocket twister. i've bought other ab devices before including the contour ab belt, the ab circle pro, and several other things that turned out to be rip-offs. with the ab rocket twister i get a great workout at home that's effective but COMFORTABLE, something no other abdominal exercise product i've tried was able to do!

  17. ok so i keep hearing people trying it but has anyone had real results yet? does it work or no?

  20. I just saw the commercial. The product looks like it would work, but the pricing is awful for what your getting. The total body gym is better, you use your own body weight (PP). Plus Chuck Norris. I wouldn't be that peeved if they didn't go to lengths to advertise it, seeing the fake comments above. But you all already learned this from Anon.

    1. lol same here. if you read the fine prints it will show that all of those people in the commercial are actors who already are in shape. you want to get results go to the gym and eat less.....simple as that.... no pain no gain remember that

  24. I will receive my ab rocket in 2-3.5 weeks and I hope it works for me. I know it is a long time for shipping but hey why not try it out for the trial period. If it doesn't work I'll just return it in the box and pay the shipping rate, but hopefully it will work for me. My husband bought me the Wii fit for my birthday and I have lost 1.5 pounds in two days but that was with 1 and half hours of exercise. I hope this will work!!!

  25. Are the people who have a killer workout from this a bunch of fatties? The only reason I'm interested and looking into this machine is for a good oblique workout. I want to hear reviews from athletes.

  27. Kinda pricey?? I think I will wait until it shows up on E-Bay.

  28. No it doesn't work, this is a cheap very badly built aparatus and the comercial is pure false advertisement. The AB ROCKET TWIST is an aparatus that should be sold at a 99 cent store after the whole lot has been discontinued for the poor manufacture and cheap materials that they used. You need to be carefull with this POS because you can injure your self, the handles come off and the pin for the seat doesn't even align with the whole in the frame. If you want good results, just have a cushion on the floor and do your own work out but don't spend your money on a fake aparatus like this Ab Rocket Twist. It is a scam.

This looked like something i could easily do and still keep my shape, after these reviews Im deff. thinking twice. I want something comfy and easy and I am very glad I checked this site before I got it for my birthday. I don't like gyms though, because if you are new, your stared at, cant do a whole lot, and sometimes embarass yourself. sigh, Ab rocket twister was my last hope. :(

  32. It seems like a lot of people (here and on other websites I've found) who haven't actually used the Ab Rocker Twister are leaving "reviews". How can you evaluate a product without actually using it for at least a week? I plan on buying this product soon and will leave a REAL user review here to help others after I've tested it out.

  34. For the record, is anyone else suspicious of the approximate 1 in 6 "plant" reviews here that scold another "scam" product or products, then praise this one for its superlative triumphs over aforementioned trash?

Fact: modern consumers are more savvy, due mostly in part to internet forums, reviews, and watch groups. Late night miracle products and their infomercials have changed little, if at all, in the past 15 years. To the contrary: new selling strategies are their primary development (aka, "miraculous product" reviews on their OWN websites (massive red flag), spaced out accordingly amidst the masses of unhappy reviews of consumers seeking a refund; no new lifesavers yet. Still, we fall prey to these late night hoaxes and outright scams. Are we drinking too much before bed? Are we sleepy? Self-loathing? They would certainly hope so. I caution and plead with any who read this: do your research before purchasing ANYTHING online! For the record, research cannot be accomplished on one website, specifically through the "reviews/testimonials" section of the seller in question. Go to a 3rd party; use amazon (hundreds of reviews typically; red flag if they do not carry an item, with a few exceptions), consumer reports, even google if you have to -- learn the REAL consumer mood for a product before you waste your time. Scam artists prey on the uninformed (and the D-List celebs in need of a quick paycheck for their sponsorship efforts; Scary Spice, really?). Be smart. Don't fall victim to the ad machine.

  36. Got my Ab Rocket Twister on Amazon and it was delivered very fast. After 2 days of using it here's my quick observation:

    1. It definitely does support the back and neck. I'm 5'7" and the pads are perfectly placed for me.

    2. It makes ab exercise easier. I have a muscle injury that makes normal ab workouts VERY painful. This machine is basically an "assisted" sit-up machine (like an assisted pull up machine) that makes abdominal exercises easier and allows you to do more reps.

    3. Although I can definitely use it for 5 or even 10 minutes in a row the repetitive rocking and twisting motions get old fast. This should definitely NOT be anyone's primary home exercise machine. It's just a useful tool for working your core abdominal muscles, not a treadmill or complete home gym!

    Hope this review helps someone...

    Amy

  37. The commercial on TV for the Ab Rocket Twister really works because I'm always tempting to buy the product. The reality is time is hard and I don't want to be "scam". We all want something that is easy and want fast result. Again, the reality is "nothing is easy". Like Nike's commercial said "Just do it".

  39. CATWOMAN

I just saw the ads today and got tempted to order online. But then I decided to read some reviews before buying it. I even saw the same one at macy's but in blue color. I am a 5'3 with a 118 weight. My biggest problem is my tummy that I really really would want to lose some fats in there. Is the one in Macy's the same as the one online? At least if it doesn't work and I bought it from Macy's, I could return it for a full refund with no shipping cost as i could just take it to the store to do the return. Any info wld help.

N i was looking for something easy my mistake as some one said above "nothing is easy". "P90X all the way"

  43. Anonymous, if you are really not satisfied with the mutiple dissapointed reviews from others clearly stating the bad or lack of results from a machine that is obviously going to break down eventually.... Then maybe check out a few more websites? These reviews definitely helped change my mind about buying this product.

  46. I just ordered the AB Rocket Twister yesterday. I called to cancel after reading reviews...within 24 hrs. and they told me it was already shipped....yet it takes 3 - 6 weeks for delivery??? The Company told me to just write on the box ~ "return to sender". I may give it a try...if I do I will do another posting about it. The only thing one can really do is to try the AB Twister themselves to find out if it works for them. I wanted something small and easily stored, that I could use while watching TV. I'm not that easily sold on commercial's, but this product looked to be something that will hopefully fit my needs and routine. I can only say as of right now...Reading reviews/opinions is a good thing to do....but I also keep in mind that some people expect more than what they get (miracles), some are never satisfied, some don't care for their products in the manner they should be used, etc. Take that into consideration when reading reviews. I think I will keep it and try it...and as it states...30 days...no like ~ return.

  47. I ordered the abrockertwister for $14.95 and they charged my credit card the full amount. So I called customer service and the guy said that they will fix it. They didn' , so when it arrives I will be sending it back. This was my first time ordering anything on line. Terrible experience:(

    ReplyDelete
  48. Now...after calling to cancel twice and was told it was already shipped....they called me to make sure they shipping to the correct address. Does that make sense?

  49. Too bad there aren't any real reviews here. I want to know about the build quality of the machine. I'm guessing it's all tubular aluminum for the frame. The commercial stated it was steel (which I assume is only the coil tension unit).

This looks like an interesting device, I'm betting if the majority of it is tubular aluminum that it cracks, bends, fractures, etc and fails after use. I have no idea what this weighs but I'm guessing it's going to cost you $35 or more easily to ship back for whatever reason. We get that debit cards can't be set up on recurring payment so stop whining about this. Maybe you have to have a credit card instead to do this.

Too bad there aren't any comments that talk about ownership. Instead all I see is talk about buying it or returning it for no reason other than you are "mad" about something. One complained about not getting a DVD on use of the equipment. Seriously, you can't figure out how to use this without a DVD? Why don't you just call the company and ask for a DVD instead of returning the whole thing?

Oh, and 16 year old 120 pound boy (gimme a break), leave the house and go play. This device isn't your last hope. Make some friends in real life and go outside and run in the park, or ride a bike.

  62. The Guy or girl from May 25, 2011 at 3:33 am is the rudest person ever! I mean gosh! Well anyway...... I saw the commercial at the nail salon with my daughter because we both have the little bump on the stomach and want to get rid of it desperatly exspecially since she is 16 and is getting invited to pool parties alot and loves bikinis! So we tried the 30 day trial and it works so well! I love it! I worked out for half an hour everyday and bam before you know it you see a major difference! So we bought it even though it's price is outragious! And now me and my daughter Lucy have abs! We are not ashamed anymore to wear tank tops or bikinis anymore! I say buy it! It works! Love that machine, changed my life as well as my daughters!

    ReplyDelete
  63. The commenter above was right. We want to hear reviews on the product, not how the company scams you out of money. Of course they do! Use your brain people! They don't even list the price of the product on the commercial, just the cost of the 'trial', so this alone should clue you in. If anything, buy this on Amazon or something and avoid the infomercial thing all together. Secondly, anyone buying this machine wanting to 'lose their belly' needs to educate themselves on fat-burning. You cannot spot burn fat. Your fat cells are located where they are, and they can grow and shrink, but you cannot burn fat from a specific area. You can do cardio to burn fat and decrease your body fat percentage overall. This machine will help you tone and I'm always on the hunt for something that will work my obliques. Someone let me know if it does this.

  64. ok, the august 29 comment sounds fake. gotta be honesty. it said they both got abs already.

  65. I bought my ab rocker twister about a month ago, cust service could use some improvement. I rcv'd my rocker in 9 days and the first night i used it while watchin CSI, I didn't think it was doing anything because I felt like I was in a rocking chair. After getting caught up in my show for an hour, i showered and headed to bed with no thought, next morning, I was very sore, my abs upper, lower, sides and lower back were all aching I'd overdone it, its been 4 weeks and I enjoy my machine everyday even if it only for 10 min a day. I'm back down from a size 10 to an 8 jeans, I can button my jeans without having to lay on a bed and my muffin top is slowly disappearing. I hate to excercise moreless do situps because of the strain on my neck and having 2 C-sections I lost hope on ever loosing my belly fat. So far this machine is helping me achieve the results I've been searching for since i had my kids 17 yrs ago. Thank you for this machine, Its working for me! On a scale of 1(bad) to 10 (great)... I'll rate this machine a 10

    ReplyDelete
  66. Bottom line, it's a piece of junk, do not order this so called ab workout wonder.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Okay, so I read the review and I ordered the ab rocket twister to anyways I was curious to see if this thing worked. I already have a gym membership at Anytime Fitness but I find myself always skipping over my abs. I have been using it now for 2 weeks straight, 5 mins a day and I am seeing results, I just hope the machine can hold up. I was already in good shape though and I'm 6ft, 200 pounds. My overall review is the machine works. However you should integrate other cardio exercises in your workout, eat right and do other at a few sets of other ab exercises, like working with a medicine ball or a set of regular crunches. After 2 weeks I am beginning to tone up in my mid section.

    ReplyDelete
  68. if you only used it ones don't comment that is not a trial. Comment if you used it for more than 30 days then you have the right to say you used it. A lot of people comment after just one use that's not a real trial.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Ok so I researched this device as well as I could before buying and regardless of the seemingly large # of complaints I went ahead and purchased it anyway. I received it in a little over a week, which was a nice surprise.

Assembly was easy, and using it was easy. It definitely is very easy to lose track of time and overdo it. The first few times I definitely felt sore the next day.

Pros: It works, but it's not a cure-all. Like any weight loss program it has to be a mix of exercise and dieting. Within the first couple of weeks I managed to drop down one jean size (from 40 to 38). But again I am on a diet plan as well (my own, I am pre-diabetic so I didn't even bother with the accompanying diet program).

Cons: Flimsy design. I am a big guy..6' and 240# when I started. I'm down to 220 now (dieting & exercising), and while my abrockettwister hasn't failed yet, I can definitely tell that the joints hinges and springs are much looser than when I originally started using it. I check it out after every use to make sure nothing is cracked or damaged. So far so good but I half expect to give out any time now. But then again, it may not have been designed to handle someone as large as I am..so take that with a grain of salt.

    Hope this review helps.

  70. I have the old ab rocket and the new abs rocket twister and i can confidently say that both do work effectively. It's also important that you keep in control with your diet. Not to eat too much junk food. Eat moderate in fact Little and often is better. You have to use this ab rocket for at least 2-3 weeks before you see results. It's not going to work over night! I hope this answer the question for some of you. Its designed to help support back and neck so it's ideal for me.

  74. i am planing to buy the ab rocket twister i seem some good comments and some of them that aren't soo good but still i want to try it to see if works

    ReplyDelete
  75. I purhases the ab rocket twister a month ago. Listen to a person that actually tried it. Do not listen to crazy comments. listen to me. The AB Rocket Twister does work But... it has some things to keep in mind. If you are over 5 feet 11 inches tall in hight you will probably have a problem.Being short is no issue it will work. This machine came with a DVD with beginner to advance training first class quality. Important read this carefully this machine caters to people moderately out of shape if you for example 300 Lbs and 5 foot 7 inches it probably won't work. Last word......Regardless I believe this machine works but for it to work you will have to work and commit yourself. Buy it if you are not looking for a free ride to fitness.

  76. Don't buy online...you can purchase it at Sears for $129.00....137.79 after tax.....and keep it for 90 days before returning it if you choose not to keep it. I bought mine right at the store.

  82. I tried ordering the ab rocket and they said they would only charged 14.95, they called back and wanted me to confirm that they could charge the entire amount then they cancelled my order when i declined. They did charge two separate dollar amounts. I called again and they assured that they would only charge the 14.95 and they did the same thing and cancelled my order. What a crock!

  83. thanks for the reviews. prices are dropping so i think i'll wait to buy mine after thanksgiving.

  84. Hello.. Just wondering if how long it was for anyone to see results?? Is it pretty easy to use?? Is it worth the $.

  85. Could a couple of real athletes explain on how good of a workout can I get cause the fat fat fatties keep posting how bad it is

    ReplyDelete
  86. Companies you are not willing to disclose terms and conditions upfront (including charges) should not get anyone's business. Their way of doing business only benefits one party (themselves!!!!)

  87. In one of the comments I noticed that you can purchase this AB Rocket at Sears. So I looked it up online and sure enough you can so I ordered it there. You can always return it to Sears if it really is junk. I will try it for a couple of months and re post the results if any.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Being an owner of the Ab Rocket Twister, I must say that the majority of you idiots shouldn't have even posted on this comment board. You most likely don't own one so why bother posting? You are wasting your time and the people's who read this time. When you actually own one and start using it, then maybe you should post..

NOW, for info that everyone has been wanting..
The ab rocket DOES seem to work.
As long as you workout with the DVD it comes with and keep your diet habits healthy you should have limited problems with getting results from the Ab Rocket Twister.
I recommend people to try it for a month or so and if you don't like it, then return it.
Just because it doesn't look like it's an expensive heavy machine seen at the gym, doesn't mean you don't get results.
I like it and enjoy using it.

    Try it!

    happy ab sculpting

  92. This question is for Barbie. I think you said you were returning the ab rocket. I have not tried mine yet but I'm planning to and if I like it I'm going to purchase it on ebay for cheaper. Curious... how much was the shipping to return it?

    ReplyDelete
  93. Does just writing return to sender work?

    ReplyDelete
  94. I am going to try it, purchase it from Kmart, what can will I lose, its only $130. I can always return it. But, then I have a feeling it will work. We will see, I will come back with an update. I have a cruise to get ready for, and I must be in the best shape ever..

    ReplyDelete
  95. I recieved the AbROcketTwister a month ago and I must say it does work. I have lost over 4 inches off my waist. An overall 12lbs. I dont understand why there are so many negative reviews on here and on most of the sites i have visited online. I think its unfair to the product and to those looking online for honest reviews if you immediately deny it works without giving it at least two weeks. Some ppl on here are returning it within a day!? REally? I am a nurse from Texas with little time to work out as much as i would like to and this product did the job better than i expected!

    ReplyDelete
  96. From what I've read, it works, but is made out of cheap materials and may not last very long. You can find them on Ebay for about $130 or less. You may not get the 30 day trial but at least you know what you're getting. Hope this helps some of you who are on the fence.

  97. I'm 6'3 but its not built for someone my height

    ReplyDelete
  98. I think,,, unless you have used it for 6 weeks consistantly you can not give an honest review...to many people give up because everyone wants results NOW,, well life does not work that way. I will be buying mine and using it for the full 6 weeks ,, then I will be back to give my review. Thanks all,, and have a great day!

    ReplyDelete
  99. you can buy it on amazon now for $109.00 abd I think you quailfy for free shipping.

  100. I've had mine since they came out and I think it's great. The fact is though, it's not a 'quick fix'. I can't do normal crunches due to pain from scoliosis, but I can with this. Catch is, you have to actually do other exercises and eat right as well. p.s. it's made just fine unless you're insanely overweight, using it wrong, or just plain retarded.

    ReplyDelete
  101. I haven't gotten one yet but I had the old model and it worked great can't wait to get this one the only problem is it doesn't last that long

    ReplyDelete
  102. I purchased the ab rocket to have a small in home machine to burn a few calories on. So far, along with my diet plan, I have been very happy and can feel the effects of my work out the next day. I have been very happy with the machine and the results. I have lost twenty pounds in a month just by changing my eating habits, cutting out soda completely and working out everyday on my ab rocket. DO NOT pay over $99 dollars for one though. I got mine at Academy Sports for $99 bucks AND it's the swivel version.

    ReplyDelete
  103. i just got mine yesterday... did a quick couple of repetitions just going up and down. i felt the burn... especially when getting up so, i know its working. i got up this morning and my tail bone is really sore and also my lower back.. the thing doesnt really tell you how to positions yourself so, im not sure if im doing something wrong or what? anyone have the same problem as me? or any suggestions?

    ReplyDelete
  104. Hey I took your advice and found it at Sears today. It was regularly $130 but it was on sale for $109!! The same thing that is offered on the internet and infomercial. Fyi

    ReplyDelete
  105. I almost bought one of these Ab Rockets, but I can do the same thing on my office chair. Whenever I get tired while surfing on the computer, and need a break,I just lean back a few times, and it feels sort of like I'm on Ab Rocket~Lol! Anyway,I really don't think it's worth the price I hear people are paying for it! I purchased a Contour ab belt, and paid over $200 for it. I tried it a few times, and it was a little intense for me. I would really like to try the Ab Rocket, but I can't afford it,if it's gonaa cost too much. Besides,I am morbidly obese, according to WebMd,and some of these reviews say that it's a little flimsy. My BMI is over 30,and I'm in the danger zone. I really need something to help me get a head start on loosing weight, without costing a bundle. Any suggestions? I also have scoliosis, and that's why I considered the Ab Rocket.

    ReplyDelete
  108. ppl are crazy for spending there money with that company, i just bought it from walmart online for 99 dollars and it arrived 2 days later, and walmart has 1 year protection for 6 dollars which covers anything that breaks or goes wrong with it. ive only used it twice so far but i def feel the burn. i totally think its worth the 100 bucks. but ive heard horrible things from the company so just order from walmart...

    ReplyDelete
  109. All ab machines works it just depends on how much effort u put into it

    ReplyDelete
  110. i was looking at the commercial and saw $14.95 so i'd thought i research it on different sites until i seen the price after the 30 days >:/

  111. DO NOT ORDER THIS ! WEN I TRIED TO ORDER THIS DAMN MACHINE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SENT TO MY DAMN HOUSE NOT THE POST OFFICE AND BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW THAT I COULDN'T EVEN GO PICK THE SHIT UP AND IT GOT SENT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE AND THEN WHEN I CALLED ONE OF THE REPRESENTATIVES WERE SOO DAMN RUDE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD RESEND IT AND I NEVER GOT IT AND I WAS TIRED OF WAITING FOR IT AND I CALLED FOR A REFUND AND I THINK IT'S REALLY RETARDED THAT EVEN THOUGH I PAYED FULL DAMN PRICE FOR IT THEY WOULDN'T EVEN REFUND ME THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING AFTER I ALREADY PAYED FOR EVERYTHING AND I THINK THIS SHIT IS JUST BOGUS NEEEVER ORDER THIS DUMB MACHINE BECAUSE YOU'LL PROBABLY NEVER GET IT

    ReplyDelete
  112. You guys are funny! I thought about using this product but after researching the prices I figure I would just stick with healthy eating, push-ups, and sit-ups. About 15min a day and I'm good. I have better things to do with my money and trying to buy a quick fix is not the answer. Put in the work and you will get results...no matter the product. Yall have fun!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  113. Wutever u do, NEVER buy from tv infomercials!!!! They will charge u unknown fees w/out ur permission, u can't reach their customer svc for assistance, u can't return ur item nor inquire@a refund, etc. I had this happen when I bought he Ab Coaster. For an item like this, try:Walmart, Amazon, sports stores, etc.

    ReplyDelete
  114. I have read some good, but also many bad comments. I deffinatly think it sounds great, and my biggest problem is the price. I'm from Denmark, so I don't know how I can get it cheaper (and more safe) than from the websites? I want to order one on Walmart or another site, where I can get it cheaper, but then customs would be a problem. Any ideas where I can get it cheaper, when I don't live in America?
    Thx

  115. all i can say is that all you need to work your abbs good is a simple pull up bar. you hang from the bar and lift your legs infront of you bending at the waist.you can do this with your knees bent to make it easier. for obliques just instead of lifting your legs infront of you, lift them from side to side, to make it harded go as slow as you can

  116. I have had my ab rocket for about 1 month! (smile) I purchased it thru Fingerhut for $100 plus shipping (I ordered some other stuff too!) When I first got it I was concerned that the resistance bands would not do anything for me, they seemed flimsy but I gotta' say I was wrong! I TRY to use it 2-3 times a wk and the very next day I really do feel it!

    ReplyDelete
  117. To Be Honest .. If You Really Wanna "Lose Weight" It Doesnt Matter How Much It Cost ! Like Deadass -_- I Purchased It On Fingerhut Like About A Week Ago ? & Seeing Ya Niggas Saying Shit Like This Doesnt Work Or Its A Scam FRIST DID YOU EVEN FUCKING Tried ? Like When You Have Ab Rocket It Doesnt Mean You Can EAT ANYTHING Or Try It For Like 5mins & You Dont See A Result ? Like Deadass People You Need To Keep Doing It For Like 2-3 Week & You Need To Be In A Diet So Try Doing That & Then Tell Me If It Doesnt Work Or Not ! Kbye :* P.s Im 13 , Im 164 Pounds & Im 5'5 & Im Planing To Lose Weight :*

  119. To anonymous on July 18, at 10:04 pm, I have only 1 comment...well, maybe 2. Get some class & loose the attitude. For a 13 yr old kid, you have quite the mouth. I agree with you, you need to keep using it & watch your diet. But, get a "less rude" attitude to go along with the "new" body you plan to get. You'll be a lot happier!

  120. It totally beats doing nothing. Or just sitting around eating McDonald's all fay

  121. I started using it a year ago and started having pain in my hip. I went for an x-ray and then an MRI which showed that I had a torn hip labrum. I stopped using the machine for 6 months and was pain free. I started using the machine two months ago and the pain is more severe than before. I will no longer we using this machine

    ReplyDelete
  122. It definitely is appealing to see on tv. It looks easy and, in actuality, it is. You do feel your core tightening when using it; however, it is not worth the money. The pin becomes loose after a few days and I don't feel sore at all. It does make things more comfortable, but I would definitely go with some other abdominal exercise, because this machine is too expensive and too good to be true. Don't buy it, and if you already have- might as well use it every day. Albeit it looks easy when you're watching the commercial, but when you're twisting from side to side the rubber behind you scrapes your back and you end up with a burn. Very uncomfortable and a huge letdown. If you were to buy equipment, make sure you can try it out in person first instead of buying it online.
