In the new issue of Life & Style magazine Kourtney Kardashian revealed her formula for fast weight loss after having her baby last December: a Belly Bandit (she has her own "limited-edition" model!), lots of QuickTrim Fast-Shake weight loss shakes, 5 healthy meals a day, and lots of weight lifting and cardio. She even provides her own "Top 10" weight loss tips she used to lose over 30 pounds in about 3 months, including things like "snack smartly" and "tailor exercise to your life". Since she's a paid endorser of the Belly Bandit and QuickTrim products, who knows if they really work. But the whole eating a healthy diet and exercising thing seems to work wonders!
