Giphy -- a startup that helps you find funny GIFs -- is worth $300 million

Yeah, you read that right.

Giphy is basically a search engine for animated GIFs, those little mini-videos we all love to use instead of actual words. It just got $55 million in venture capital funding based of a valuation of $300 million. Some are calling it the "Google of GIFs."

That's crazy. But GIFs are pretty kick-ass, especially the Rick and Morty ones...
