Breast Cancer Fight: Healthy Lifestyle Changes Next Step

A third of all breast cancers cases could be avoided if women in Western countries ate less food and did more exercise, according to health experts. Better treatments, less hormone replacement therapy, and mammogram screenings have helped to slow down breast cancer significantly but women need to focus more on changing their habits in terms of diet and physical activity.

According to University of Miami researcher Carlo La Vecchia:
"What can be achieved with screening has been achieved. We can't do much more... It's time to move onto other things."
So the bottom line is that if you're concerned about developing breast cancer you should keep your weight down, eat less junk foods and other processed foods, drink less alcohol, and do more exercise and other physical activity on a regular basis!
